  6. DBDEVELOPER IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO 
  7. MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY 
  8. OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL 
  9. NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY 
  10. OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  12. Evaluation and Registration
  13. ---------------------------
  14. dbDeveloper is not free software. You may use this software for 
  15. evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. At 
  16. the end of the trial period, you must either pay registration fee 
  17. or remove the software from your system.

  19. Distribution of the evaluation version
  20. --------------------------------------
  21. You may copy the evaluation version of this software and 
  22. documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the 
  23. original evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the 
  24. evaluation version of the software and documentation in its 
  25. unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not 
  26. charge or requesting donations for any such copies however 
  27. made and from distributing the software and/or documentation 
  28. with other products without the author's written permission.

  30. Registered version
  31. ------------------
  32. One registered copy of dbDeveloper may either be used by a single 
  33. person who uses the software personally on one or more 
  34. computers, or installed on a single workstation used 
  35. non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may 
  36. access the registered version of dbDeveloper through a network, 
  37. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the 
  38. software covering all workstations that will access the 
  39. software through the network.
